The main beach called «Slanica» is very close to the house. There is also a private parking place. The house is located 10 minutes walk far away from the centar of Murter, in a peaceful neighbourhood. There are few restaurants near by, as well as a market, grocery, fish market, caffe bar, bank, post office, ambulance, and bus station (5 min walk).
  
The house is located in a centre of the town, about 3o meters from the sea. In the neightbourhood there is public parking place, few restaurants, grocery, fish market, tobacco shop, caffe bar, post office, ambulance, and bus station. There is a boat spot reserved in front of the house.

First floor of the house, facing south. It has: two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Each room is for two persons with an extra bed in one of the rooms. Kitchen is fully equiped. Bathroom has a shower cabin. There is a sea view from the balcony.

There are two rooms with two beds in each with an extra bed in one of the rooms. The kitchen is fully equiped. There is a tv in the apartment. The bathroom has a classic bath, sink, and a toilet. There is also a large balcony.
